After you've gone through the process of using our Issue Tracker for a while, we'd love it if you could share your knowledge and experience with other people trying to do the same thing and to get your help syncing the public issue tracker with a legacy internal issue tracker. The goal is to merge the internal issue tracker with the public one, but for now we need help making sure issues are being synced between the two systems. Please reach out to Jim Barkley (by sending an email or finding him on the forums or on Slack). After that discussion, the next step is to sign our Participation Agreement and to announce your role as a Issue Master to the community.
