Retrospective
What did we do well?
- Processes are getting better/smoother
- Extension for sprint went well (good use of sprinter burndown and planning time planned before)
- Many items were complete 20+ items included in release
- Getting ride of old code weirdness
- Lazy loading implemented in many places
- We are using the retrospective in a good way!
What should we have done better?
- Prep for demos more ahead of time
- We need to understand much more in depth what windows DOME servers need to have as a script-able installation requirement set
- cards need more activity
