- Integrating Clay into deployment and QA process
- Beta stack in place taking into account Craig's absence
- Figuring out infrastructure issues
- Great peer programming
- Recover from issues in a quick and effective manner
- yay for procedures!
What should we have done better?
- Less meetings in an already short sprint
- Estimate tasks a bit better
